Yoga has been helping humans for thousands of years with stressors, muscle tension, centering and focus. Now we need it more than ever.

3:30-4:00 pm Session 4:  Kirtan

About Beth

Beth has been a practicing yoga for 25 years and has been teaching for well over a decade. 

She focuses on helping students enjoy healthier lives through yoga.

Beth has helped people reduce chronic pain, improve flexibility, gain strength and conquer chronic stress.

Beth enjoys sharing private yoga, group classes, retreats and workshops.

She deeply believes in the power of yoga to transform every aspect of ourselves and has witnessed this in her own life.  

Education:
-Certified Yoga Instructor
-Additional training in alignment-based yoga and trauma sensitive yoga
-Certified Shamanic Reiki Practitioner
-Certified Healing Hands Practitioner
